I got ripped off but fun game

I like the game but when i did the free gems option (because this is pay to win) and after my 3 hours of hard work i completed it. I went to check back on the game to recive my crystals and it didnt give anything to me, i reported the problem and they told me that they did fix it, but they didnt and it didnt let me write back.
